Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the Site does not create a provider-patient, therapist-patient, psychologist-patient, psychiatrist-patient, attorney-client, or other fiduciary relationship unless and until Zyra affirmatively accepts you as a patient and any required intake, consent, and scheduling steps are completed.

4. No Guarantee of Appointment or Services

Submitting a form, requesting an appointment, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not guarantee that Zyra will provide services, schedule an appointment, verify insurance coverage, prescribe medication, or respond within any particular period.

5. User Submissions

You may use the Site to submit contact information, insurance information, and a description of your inquiry. You agree that information you submit will be accurate and not misleading. You should submit only information that is reasonably necessary for Zyra to review and respond to your inquiry. Zyra may, but is not obligated to, review, respond to, retain, or delete submitted information in accordance with its legal, operational, and record-management requirements.

Zyra may send operational or transactional communications related to your inquiry, scheduling, services, or account. Zyra will send marketing or promotional emails or texts only in accordance with applicable law and any consent choices you make.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Website HIPAA / Online Communications Notice, each incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you become a patient, Zyra's full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices will also apply to protected health information as required by law.

2. (b)upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content;
3. (c)attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
4. (d)interfere with Site operations or security;
5. (e)impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
6. (f)use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy Site content except as permitted by law.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, organization, and compilations, are owned by Zyra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Zyra grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

Zyra is not responsible for third-party content, policies, uptime, or practices, and use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
