Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
At this time, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. We accept most major commercial insurance plans. If you are uninsured or have Medicaid/Medicare, please contact us — we can discuss self-pay options.
What is a copay and will I have one?
A copay is a fixed amount you pay at each visit, determined by your insurance plan. Most commercial plans have a mental health copay that mirrors your specialist copay. We'll confirm this when we verify your benefits.
What if I have a deductible I haven't met yet?
If your plan has an unmet deductible, you may pay the full contracted rate for services until it's met. We'll let you know your estimated cost upfront so there are no surprises.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes! Mental health services are eligible expenses under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You can use your HSA/FSA card at the time of service.
What if my insurance is out-of-network?
We may still be able to work with you as an out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill that you submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Contact us to discuss your options.
Do you offer self-pay rates?
Yes. If you prefer not to use insurance or are uninsured, we offer competitive self-pay rates. Please contact our intake team for current pricing.
